Drumheller Fountain is frozen over. If this weather keeps up, it might be ice-skatable by the end of the week!

I don't actually have anything interesting to say, I just want to bitch to nobody in particular.

Me Bitching )

I'm probably going to Anime Expo this summer. Which means I need some characters to cosplay as. Maybe I'll just dye my hair redder, get some smokes and a bottle, take off my shirt, and be /ic/. I'd link to what he looks like, except he looks like me so just use your imagination. My goal is to get through an LJ entry without linking to anything or posting any images. I suppose I should look into reserving a hotel room or something.

In other news, I ordered some single cards for my Magic decks.

Also, Wakfu ep 17 had a badass fight scene. It was fucking awesome, like TTGL.

Top Page Old Entry Edit: Because this journal is not friends-locked, it (and the content) is indexed by Google. Everyone who has set me as a friend has a friends page on which I also appear. This means that any one link I make here will have a more pronounced effect on Google's results. So, here is the University of Washington Pen and Paper Gaming Association. (You see, the listserv is the top Google result, which is D:

Happy Halloween!

Slowpoke is slow.

I did this psychological survey for extra credit, and except for two lines which are slightly wrong, it's spot-on. Remember those days when we used to take 100-question surveys and "what X are you?" quizzes? Good times.

You have a strong need for other people to like you and for them to admire you. You have a tendency to be critical of yourself. You have a great deal of unused capacity which you have not turned to your advantage. While you have some personality weaknesses, you are generally able to compensate for them. Your sexual adjustment has presented some problems for you. Disciplined and controlled on the outside, you tend to be worrisome and insecure inside. At times you have serious doubts as to whether you have made the right decision or done the right thing. You prefer a certain amount of change and variety and become dissatisfied when hemmed in by restrictions and limitations. You pride yourself as being an independent thinker and do not accept others’ opinions without satisfactory proof. You have found it unwise to be too frank in revealing yourself to others. At times you are extroverted, affable, and sociable, while at other times you are introverted, wary, and reserved. Some of your aspirations tend to be pretty unrealistic.

EDIT2: The above was apparently just a stock description that everyone got. Only 25% of the class said it failed to describe them in some manner (poorly/very poorly), and 25% said "very well" with the rest saying "well" and a majority saying "OK."

Looking back on it, it doesn't make any specific statements, which is why it's so accurate.

In the end, I consider myself trolled very hard IRL, and it was kind of like this.

EDIT: So we were tabling in front of the HUB for Pen and Paper Gaming Association, and then this one guy walks up. He's wearing a Halo 3 shirt, a Green Lantern ring, two more regular rings, has a (plastic) core drill from TTGL around his neck, is overweight, has a neckbeard and a ponytail, and he was talking about Magic with one of the guys who was playing. If there was ever an image of someone who is a supernerd, this is that man.

In READ MOAR... format because lists tend to be long and not actually have much content. Actually, having four categories doesn't do anything except make the entry be longer, so =\

Going back over these lists, the big picture is not very clear, but you could probably reconstruct it well enough.

Even though I have not posted here in a while, I'm still LJ-whoring it out, I'm just not posting. Maybe that's a good thing, I dunno lol.

So, I finished watching Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann which was indeed amazing. However, at around the time the human fleet rose to fight the goddamn moon I realized that Gurren Lagaan was, essentially, How To Kill a Mockingbird, but in anime form, and with a more involved story, and with more giant robots. I was going to make a chart comparing the two, but suffice it to say that both have: a timeskip, a villain that tuns around to reveal important information, involve moving the moon, enemies with more than one face, ridiculous weaponry ("his musket...I mean his sword...well it was a laser sword...with guns on it...that shot other swords"), and involve flying "deep into deep space" among other things. Also, their plot lines are pretty similar. Maybe that's just the formula for every amazing story ever, which begs the question of why there are not more such awesome stories.

Since nobody ever tells me anything, maybe there are other awesome anime series I have missed. If they are not One Piece, other Gainax shows, or Code Geass, please inform me of them.

On the topic of nerding out, Pink Gorilla (formerly Pink Godzilla) opened a store on the Ave, which is their second store. They sell import and retro games, and when I was scouting for gaming stores, I bought a Sonic 2 cartridge from them for $2. Sarah, you should check this place out if you haven't already. It's pretty rad. I'm probably going to get a Sega Genesis so my brothers can play not-shitty Sonic games.

On the topic of yet more nerding out, I started watching Wakfu which falls into exactly the kind of cross-cultural niche that emphasizes that, yes, we are living in the future. It's an anime about some kid who sets out on an adventure (with an adventuring party, no less). He has the power of portals, which is awesome. The Big Bad is a Clockwork time mage, meaning he's steampunk. The setting is unique, which is a way of saying that it isn't playing in Tolkien's front yard. But the most unique is that it's in French, which makes it Ouiaboo (alternatively, Ouiaboux). The animation is different, in that it's done in Flash (but it's no worse than other animation styles). It starts out kind of filler-ish, but it's at the point now where there seems to be more of a consistent/active story. But it's still pretty interesting, so I'll keep watching it. Also, Subs..on MegaUpload!

More studios need to make shows with a storyline.

I must admit, that the first time I saw "cute" in the subs, I was honestly expecting to hear a kawaii and not an... uh.. mignon. Then, I went to class and I swore I heard people taking in French, which was mildly unsettling because I know for a fact that French people don't speak French in America, so I must be hearing things.

Fuck, this is is awesome.

/should be doing a lot of other things instead.

Nothing is interesting! Everything is perfectly vanilla and boring!

Started playing D&D (4e) two weeks ago. DM is pretty awesome, he makes a lot of stuff, including a bunch of world maps which we probably won't get to for a while. Rest of the group is pretty ok too. One guy is playing as a warforged druid, a character concept based on The Pain from Metal Gear Solid 3, which means he's a construct filled with BEEEEEES. We really need to stop saying BEEEEEEES all the time, but I still find it hilarious. BEEEEEEEES.

Since I have nothing interesting to say, here's this comic. If you get what's happening before you get to the end, you win a prize.

The cool thing about having a website is that I can use it to host images. I'm not paying for "unlimited" bandwidth for nothing...

Microsoft was running an ad on the HUB lawn today, "741," for Windows seven. They had a trailer parked and one of it's sides was covered with a dry-erase board. Notable comments (aside from 4chanisms that really should stay on the Internet):
[in Russian] "Buy a Macintosh!"
"They are giving away free candy so you know it's legit."
"Come inside this trailer."
"Seattle is the best... because we have pine trees."

I feel like sharing this, because it's one of the greatest stories of our age. I didn't write this, and the source is here. I actually think this was written by at least two different people.

The characters should mostly be self-explanatory, except for Techno Viking and Professor Badass, both of which are pretty amazing. (These links are SFW, except they are very awesome.)

Truly, the greatest story of our generation.

I would really like to see someone explain to me the differences between 2chan (from Japan) and 4chan (from the West). It's like a parallel universe over there. A universe that lacks TXT ON IMG and distorted/expressive faces, poorly drawn (yet endearing) MSPaint comics. There was a board just for cats, though, so I suppose it's not that different? 2chan and NicoNicoDouga seem to put out an amazing amount of quality original content and both those sites are viewed in a rather positive (well, as positively as you can view Otaku) light in the media. Are they? And why/why not?

I'd do it myself, but, you know, "...Japaneseが分からないから..."

This is slightly related to a paper that I have to write for Linguistic Anthropology, on "speech communities." It'll probably be the most interesting paper I'll write all year, and probably the only paper ever in which I could write "nigger" and "faggot" and get away with it (see, -fag is an honorific suffix).

It's probably too early in the year for caffeine headaches, and for all-nighters, but I think I need to take some time to think about why I suck so much. The rest of this post is probably a good place to start...

You know what's weird? Meeting the same person twice in two different contexts without knowing that it is the same person. Specifically, girl in linguistic anthropology inquires about Brave New World I was reading before class started. Then I meet her on UW IRC and the Pen and Paper Gaming Association forums. Only realized it was the same person during PnPGA meeting. Small world, huh.

So, Brave New World. Since it was the first book I've read in about two years for not-a-class, I forgot how quickly I actually read because it took me all of two days to read it (it was kind of short). Maybe this week was not a good week to pull a reading marathon because there's a bunch of stuff I need to do... The actual content of the book made me rage and disappoint but it was a good book.

So, PnPGA sounds like it is going to be pretty fun, except transportation is going to suck my balls. Also, boffing club. So, there are a bunch of clubs at UW that are focused around pretending (no, not like that [nsfw]) and it might be cool to get them to have some events together. Several gaming clubs (in addition to Console freeplay there's a rhythm games club, a Starcraft club, and something else), a LARP club, an improv club, a boffing club, Zombies vs Humans, and a medieval reenactment club. Apparently, you can use foam swords in Zombies vs Humans (maybe not?) which is way superior to guns. Come on, everybody knows that in a zombie uprising blades are the best because you don't have to reload them.

Linguistic anthropology is still generally hilarious, Psych is kind of boring, and Econ is fairly conceptual, although the book has a very familiar sense of humor to it... I noticed the same with my 201 professor. Can't quite put my finer on it, though. Maths is maths.

Anth. Ling.: "There's the stereotype that black men have larger penises. And there's also the stereotype that women like larger penises and that never made any sense to me." I like where this class is heading. Even though the professor talks about black people a lot, she doesn't have a stick up her ass about it and she talks about other things too, and they are pretty interesting. I was casually glancing at one of the texts for the class, however, and then '1337' caught my eye and I made a "wat" face. Does anyone actually sp33k l33t anymore? It's been years since I've seen it used in an unsarcastic way. It would probably be more useful to study chan-speak, since that's the filth that ends up in the Internet overmind and then gets printed on t-shirts and makes it's way into Fox News and the New York Times.

Incidentally, I saw a guy with an awesomeface t-shirt. No lie. There's really only so many ways to interpret this: he either doesn't actually know the rich history (ahaha) of Awesomeface and thought it was cool, he is a gigantic newfag who probably has a Guy Fawkes mask and should therefore be verbally abused and then bludgeoned, or that he trol me. Of course, it's not the last one, because if ever there was an image that u trol with, it's troll face. By merely having that goddamn face on your shirt, you will cause amazing rage. (Incidentally, doing a google image search for "troll face" will put my photobucket image as result#3. That's what I get for posting on the XKCD forums. (Incidentally, Encyclopedia Dramatica's featured article is on XKCD. Also X+K+C+D=42.)) Protip: anyone who says it's "cool face" is trolling you or is an idiot (there is no difference).

Econ300: Partial derivatives are probably the upper echelon of Calculus we will be using. I look forward to this class.

Diff. Eq.: Got the hell out of that class! /me does a dance.

Math 308 (aka Intro to Linear Algebra): The guy teaching it is fuckwin and math is a pretty cool guy.

ALL IN ALL I'M LOOKING AT A PRETTY GOOD QUARTER!

My shitty website is still being shitty. Don't actually go to it, I'm just linking it to bump its page rank up. It's actually on the front page of relevant searches and people link it, so I guess mission accomplished? (No it's not, mission accomplished would be when there's an actual comic made about 4chan house i.e. when Duke Nukem Forever comes out i.e. fucking never lol.)

Hm, also I should point out that I sang a humongously gay song and put it on youtube, but since I can't actually sing, I'm not going to link to it, so here's the original. Don't actually listen to it.

First day of classes! Freshmen EVERYWHERE!

Anthropological Linguistics: Taught by hilarious black woman who did a bunch of work with gay black men and HIV/AIDS. Hilarity is increased by her talking about gay black men with AIDS and going "MMMHHHMMMM" in that stereotypical Black Mama manner. No laptops, because "someone would always be watchin' porn or somethin'. Pen and paper only." No phones. Final destination.

Psychology (101!): Taught by white man who thinks he is hilarious but actually isn't. He also did work with teenagers and alcohol, which is less hilarious than gay black men and AIDS. I'm taking this course to raise my GPA which should be more than doable. He likes to make broad general statements and expecting a specific answer. This does not bode well for exams and stuff, but oh well.

Intro to Diff. Eq.: Oh God, get me the fuck out of this class. The guy teaching it is quiet reserved asian math nerd who understands exactly what he's doing but is essentially unable to impart his vast knowledge unto us lesser engineering mortals. Also, I can't hear him in the second row.

Just as a foreword, all links in this post are NSFW. Also, this post is retarded and I feel bad for writing it.

2GB transferred in two weeks, 400~ unique visitors, 63k hits (olol that number is meaningless). Front page running Drupal, and I think I have Cron (edit: not chron) set up properly, but I don't fucking know. I should do something about those forums and stuff...

FABULOUS )

So, the faggotriciousness of this folds in all over itself and then /d/-tan comes in and rapes everything and that only makes it worse.

I just installed Team Fortress 2 yesterday, and have been shirking my admin duties in favor of playing it. I suck blu balls at it, however, and have come to the conclusion that the fluff is significantly better and more interesting. That kind of explains the FABULOUSNESS in the first part of this post, eh? (It's a pretty fun game, but I don't think I'll play it as much as I thought I would. NEED A DISPENSER HERE.)

Anyway, I recently put two and two together. Military service was and remains mandatory for males in Russia. There are a few specific ways to get out of it legally, one of which is having a family. My parents married when they were 17 and I was born a month before either was 18. The reason I had earlier for why my father was never in the army now suddenly seems ridiculously retarded, and now I just feel pretty dumb about it. Oh well, I suppose that at least partially answers why the fuck I was born.

That and also I realize that even though I don't act like it, on a personal level I'm totally everyone's bitch. Want me to do 40% of the work in a 5-person group? Sure. Work 9 hours with no lunch break for free? Sure, it's not like I have things I actually like doing, please rape my face. OH WELL I can't really do anything about it until I move out. Good things come to those who wait, and I can wait pretty well.

3:41 pm - Entry #037
It's been a month since I last updated this thing, that's got to be a new record or something. I don't know, I don't really keep track. There hasn't been anything interesting to say. I've been working at one job, working at another job, eating, sleeping, and going online. The latter thing is the most interesting, but several other things happened.

Finished watching the extended version of the Lord of the Rings. It was amazing, and I realize that I should probably start reading books again. Books are pretty cool. Especially, The Similarion. Also, I'm excited for "The Hobbit" (the movie). I can see it now: when that movie comes out, everyone starts playing Dwarf Fortress again. Because dem fukken dorfs, man.

Went hiking, it was fun. We got to the mountaintop, but didn't get to the lake because it involved scaling some rather steep cliffs and no trail.

Also watched "District 9" (in an actual theater wat), which was cool. Haven't really watched anything else, and still on the same level in Half Life 2. Speaking of video games, I did not go to PAX because I am a huge faggot. (Also I am now dead, but not on the outside.)

Also being a huge faggot, I now have a gigantically faggy website now. I won't even bother linking to the main page, because the static pages and pretty bad web design hurt. I'll install Joomla within the next few days so it stops sucking (and so I can have an in-house forum, ordered image galleries, and RSS for news). No, the meat of the site is (and will probably remain) the imageboard. (Yes, it is an imageboard, albeit a less common type.)

WTF is it about? tl;dr: 4chan has 45 imageboards right now. Anthropomorphize them, put them in one house, and make shitty comics about it. Alternatively: "/v/ and /a/ Have Man-on-Trap Sex and /d/ Rapes Everyone."

You shouldn't actually go to my site, because it sucks. Also, it is filled with gay and has liberal amounts of tentacles. This is actually to be expected because /a/-tan is a cross-dresser, and /d/-tan is a hermaphrodite shape-shifter with two or three eyes, hair that turns into tentacles, and at least one penis, but I'm not even sure at this point. /d/ is for Alternative Hentai, you see, it makes sense.

If it sucks so much why did I make it? Because nobody else was, and people who are not me actually like this stuff. There was even an /x/-tan cosplayer, who is most certainly not me, as I am not female. I don't know, people who are not me have visited and uploaded stuff, so I guess the only explanation is that people like crappy stuff.

Oh yeah, also I was a wedding two days ago, and it made me slightly depressed because I realize I should go to more raves, and that I'll never actually get married. I guess I'll just enjoy waving my arms around like a retard and living alone until I finally die. On that note, I really wish I could move out, but I don't have enough money to do that. I need to mooch off my parents for a few more years. Or I could just lie down and die in a gutter somewhere, that would be pretty OK.

12:22 am - Entry #036
Back from camping. There were too many mosquitoes (now I can play connect-the-dots on my limbs) and too much dirt/dust and not enough sun. Other than that, it was pretty fun. Slept a bunch, Nicky brought his DVD player, so I watched episodes 1-4 of Star Wars and director's cut (extended) Lord of the Rings (the first two). I brought my boombox which ended up being used as the sound system for the DVD player, even though any one speaker was larger than the LCD screen.

The food was good. I'm not sure what Americans do for food while camping, but we had like four hot plates and pots and pans so we ended up eating normal-people food. Boombox was used for totally legal riverside forest rave. Not loud enough, I'm thinking about bringing more boomboxes next year, broadcasting music over short-range FM (using something like this and a 12v car battery) and tuning all the boomboxes to the same frequency. Distributed sound system. Party hard. Realization: rhythmic gymnastics (and the ribbon specifically) are not far removed from glow-sticking.

Hiking was alright. Sleeping was cool. I don't really like sports, but they were alright. Little kids are annoying. I have realized I really like Drum and Bass but I have no DnB music. This situation is not alright.

There were six seven girls aged 13-14 there, which made it possible to observe their social dynamics. The tl;dr of it is that three of them have two great desires: to drink and fuck (the first of which did happen, even though they be lightweights). The long of it is more involved. I'm probably going to be making what seems like sweeping generalizations although I realize that they are rarely accurate. Anyway...

The six who were there constantly immediately separated into two groups: the four 'core' group made up of the girls who knew each other a priori. There were the three "drink and fuck" as well as the youngest member who was just following them in tow even though she didn't really say anything. Clearly an outcast tolerated because she doesn't get in the way. The second group was made up of an overprotected girl and a new girl, who latched onto the former because there was no way to enter the first group.

I don't really understand it but apparently people have this fear of being alone, or at least a general dislike of it. But the counterpoint here is that the four-girl prime group was composed of people who didn't like each other at all. My father (who was kind of in-charge of the camp) pointed out to me that the girls had the messiest tent: clothes (of all kinds) strewn about, dust everywhere, and -- get this -- none of them bothered to zip up the tent when they went to bed. Might not seem like a big deal, but assuming they understood that mosquito bites and the bugs they all hate so much are more frequent with an open tent, then their inaction essentially translates into "I don't care about you guys and think so highly of myself that I will not get up to close the tent because you should do it." Of course, since all of them think that, nobody gets up to close the tent. This self-destructive asshole behavior makes me rage deep inside.

(As an aside, we had three guys in our four-man tent, two air mattresses, a cot, a tarp above the tent, and a place outside the tent where shoes should be taken off. It was super-sweet and organized, especially when we were watching LOTR at night.)

Group dynamics shifted slightly for one night when (slightly) older alpha-female arrived. She either splintered the four-girl group into two 3/2 groups or joined them and took control. There was another girl that age who didn't go camping, and she almost certainly would have been ostracized from the primary group (because of prior interactions) and would have ended up with the second group because there was nobody else to join. Open hostilities would have been entertaining to observe, but it never came close to that. Girls are really cruel to each other.

The four-girl group was the one interested in playing truth-or-dare (LOL SO SCANDALOUS) and poker and getting drunk. Regularly I probably wouldn't really care, but after a bit of thinking I realized why I came to dislike them so much. It goes back to the tl;dr part: to drink and to fuck may be legitimate goals, but when your approach to life centers around that and only that you are essentially nothing more than a whore. Only good for a one-night-stand or a few weeks of fucking. Eventually they may come to realize that parents are only good for so many years of mooching and that you can't have everything handed to you on a silver platter. At that point they might want to start looking for a longer relationship (especially if their careers never took off since they didn't have any goals besides drinking and fucking) and then they will come to realize that the best they can ever hope for is to be a trophy wife if they look good enough, or to be one of those women that like to grab men by the balls and squeeze out alimony.

Camping was fun, though. As far as the prostatots: do not want. That kind of behavior makes me lose more faith in humanity than 4chan has, not that I had a great deal of it.

I SURE LOVE WATCHING THE SAME EPISODE SIX TIMES. ALSO I SURE LOVE WATCHING THE SAME CONTENT TWICE.

Still hot as fuck, but getting better.

Going camping with bunch of people from church on Sunday for a week. Will be fun? I dunno, I'll probably be one of the the oldest not-parent there, so all signs point to no. Counterpoint: I will be bringing my new boombox. It's going to be awesome except I'm sure nobody will appreciate the UNTSA UNTSA UNTSA music. Also, I'm going to spend some time browsing the creepypasta archive. YOU WANT SCARY STORY? YOU WANT NOT SLEEP ALL NIGHT?

It is unbearably hot.

Also I just did like a two-hour Internet radio show for 30+ people based on requests for "music you are ashamed to admit you like." Then in the end I played back myself rapping this song. Also, I now need to upload that video from 7th grade when we did a choreographed dance to Cartoon Heroes. Lol, internet. (Oh yeah, I also set the server record for maximum listeners: 48.)

Finally got my new hard drive connected and formatted, so I can free up room from my iPod and back up everything.

Working for free kind of sucks, man. D:

This is an outrage.

Of course, maybe this will finally see the DDoSes that have been raping 4chan for weeks stop, get net neutrality into the news again, and get AT&T slapped in the face as well. The first part (continuing DDoS on 4chan) seems to be what was the cause, but someone made the dumb mistake of saying it was because of content. This isn't going to end well for anyone involved.

AT&T is going to get hounded on in many ways, legal and not (hopefully not the latter as much, but eh).
4chan will get more new users which will not only finish raping the servers but will introduce too many new people to the site which is akin to getting a lot of people to piss into an ocean of piss... I like the piss that's already there, I don't want all that other piss there.
Governments may or may not get involved, which will serve to raise the issue of "how much free speech is too much free speech" and I'm not optimistic about it.
I hope the person(s) in charge of the continuing DDoS get(s) found out. Fucking seriously. If dox about the DDoS are posted, I guarantee this will deliver the full wrath of the dusty old Internet hate machine.

edit: Well, it seems that the shitstorm is subsiding due to AT&T rapidly backing down with a press release. Smart move, but there's still going to be fallout. While not related to the content present on 4chan (DDoSes and spoofed traffic), maybe this will bring Net Neutrality back in the spotlight and kick moot in the pants. He's awfully reserved about running the Internet's shithole. Wouldn't kill him to find a way to make money and hire some more people.

So ever since I listened to DJ Juno's "8bit L8bit" radio show, I've thought about doing my own internet radio. I'm happy to announce that this has actually happened, and I can claim my rightful title from this guy. How, you ask? click and ask no more. Some people troll underaged guys on YouTube, and some make radio stations where you can hop in and broadcast.

Downloaded the newer releases of LULZ: A Corruption of LOL. If you are a Weeaboo, download disk 12. I would buy these CDs if they were actually sold anywhere. Maybe the reason the music industry is failing so hard is because they don't actually make good music anymore?

Singalong is... stagnating. On all fronts, actually, but I am but one man and can only post so much. Other project is stagnating less, but still not getting anywhere.

I watched the latest episodes of Haruhi, and lol they trol me. If I knew that previous iterations of myself failed to exit the time loop for God-know-how-many-time, I would RAGE SO HARD CITIES WOULD BURN. FFFF THAT LAST SCENE REPEATING SO MANY TIMES RAAAGE. Haruhi is still a bitch. Also, Yuki.

Started trying to catch up with FMA:B. Hughes. *manly tears*

Work is going Ok. Both works, I suppose.

I need to buy a boombox for the camping trip we're going to. And glowsticks. And caffeine anhydrous.

I'm getting used to this netbook, which is probably a bad thing. This screen is still tiny like... something tiny.

Also: using the internet for collaborative singing. I must be mad. The final product ranges from pretty decent and catchy to JIBUUUN WOO to DIVIIIIDING DRIVAAAAA to ow my ears. Also, /jp/'s themesong is Vocaloid and actually in Japanese even though they are on /jp/ instead of 2ch or Futaba because they "can't understand Japanese." (It's also very catchy.)

That being said I have reserved the sound room in Odegaard for two hours.

Everything is terrible!

4chan is down (due to DDoS and cancer). Usually, I would not care but would look for a slightly smaller ocean of piss to swim in, but the entire Internet (or maybe it's just THIS particular Internet?) is slow as molasses, offering intermittent functionality which is entirely unsuitable. This predicament is compounded by me being on a netbook until I can secure a compatible power adapter for my monitor, as my current one is out of magic smoke. In my infinite wisdom (hahahhaha) I have a USB keyboard which is serving me well at the moment, but my USB mouse is kind of also dead so I am stuck using this tiny little pad thing with no middle click and therefore unable to keep up with my addiction to opening tens of tabs at once in Firefox.

Being on a netbook carries with it several additional problems: I recently installed a new hard drive into my desktop, but I can't troubleshoot the damn thing until the I can actually see the output form the computer. I am unable to play the vidya, because this netbook would not run anything even if I wanted to reinstall everything here. My important data is on myPod and my USB drive, so I don't really care for data... Also, the keyboard is far too tiny for my fatso fingers (yay for USB keyboard), and the trackpad is tiny, and the monitor is tiny, and the text is tiny, and staring at tiny text sucks.

So, to sum it up: 4chan is down, I'm on a netbook and can't play the vidya, and the Internet sucks. Everything is terrible!

(Aside: chiptunes rape my ears, but I like it. Just like I like my ear-dildos.)

I suppose I could catch up with FMA or some other anime, but I could also write stuff or try to draw stuff... the amount of choices are paralyzing! That is four times ten, and it is terrible.
